Government Owned - Government Operated (GOGS)

For government customers who prefer full control over their operations:

• Ownership: The system or fleet is owned by the customer (government).

• Operation: The customer manages the entire system, including defining mission requirements, training mission operators, maintaining equipment, and ensuring system readiness.

• Support: We provide the necessary training and guidance for the customer’s team on system setup, calibration, and operational tasks, allowing the customer to manage the system independently.            

Government Owned - Contractor Operated (GOCO)

For government customers who want to retain ownership but prefer expert support in mission execution:

• Ownership: The system or fleet is purchased and owned by the customer (government).

• Operation: we take care of all mission-related operations, including providing highly skilled operators and maintenance technicians.

• Support: we manage day-to-day operations, allowing the government to focus on higher-level mission planning and strategic goals, while ensuring smooth execution and technical support.                                                                                                                       ​

Contractor Owned - Contractor Operated (COCO)

For government customers seeking a fully managed, turnkey service:

• Ownership: The system or fleet is owned and operated entirely by us.

• Operation: we handle every aspect of the mission, from system configuration and transportation to test range setup, deployment, operation, and dismantling.

• Support: The customer defines their unmanned system (UxS) mission requirements, and we manage the full execution, freeing the customer’s team to concentrate on the integration and calibration of their weapon systems, while handling everything else.
